We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the range of facilities offered. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. We were also pleased with the convenient location, as it was close to markets and within walking distance to the subway. Additionally, there were plenty of multi halal restaurants in the Embassy area, making dining options easily accessible for us.

The bed was good sized and so spacious. The buffet breakfast was to die for. Easy to get around Beijing with a coach station located next to the hotel;)))

Arriving at this hotel I felt immediately at ease. the impressive foyer was matched by the luxurious room, complete with exclusive amenities. I made use of the Indoor swimming pool and health club during my stay, and even indulged in the on-site restaurant and bar.

The language barrier was a bit of a challenge during my stay, as the staff had limited English language skills. , there was some confusion regarding additional charges and it was a bit difficult to understand the payment process.

Good This hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs with exclusive amenities including an indoor swimming pool and health club. the restaurant had a diverse menu with delicious dishes and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the overall experience. the location advantages were impressive with the hotel being situated in the heart of the city.

Bad However, there was one minor issue with the service. Although the staff were friendly and hospitable, their English skills were lacking which led to some miscommunications.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the complementary tea and coffee offered. The hotel’s central location made it easy for us to explore the area, which was a great advantage. Additionally, we enjoyed the comfortable bed which ensured a good night's rest.

On the downside, communication was a challenge as most of the staff could not speak English. We were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed and there was no prior notice.
